The Ice Queen

Alice Hoffman's The Ice Queen is the latest read I thoroughly enjoyed. And while reading it, we had storms with lots of lightning. Now I never usually worry about lightning - except photographing it! But when you're reading about a girl who was struck by lightning, it affects you. I was steering way clear of the lightning.

Highly recommend this book - but not in the storm season! :)
